Once we’ve chatted, we’ll schedule a visit at a time that suits you. When you arrive, we’ll meet at the Owners Lounge in the main reception building. Enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee, or cold drink while we discuss everything you need to know about owning a holiday home here. This is the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have.

Step 3: Park Tour

Next, we’ll take a tour of the park and explore its world-class facilities. This is a crucial step to help you decide if Seal Bay is the right place for you and your family. Seeing the park in person will give you a clear answer to the question:

“Is this the right place for us?”

Step 4: Explore Holiday Homes

If you love the park, we’ll move on to looking at potential holiday homes. We’ll establish a budget that works for you, whether it’s cash or finance, and discuss your preferences such as the number of bedrooms and layout. Then, we’ll tour various options, refining your choices based on your feedback.

Step 5: Choose the Perfect Location

Found your dream holiday home? Great!

Now, we’ll find the ideal location within the park. The right spot can make all the difference. We’ll revisit areas from our park tour and pick the perfect pitch that suits your needs.

Step 6: Purchase Your Holiday Home

With your holiday home and location chosen, we’ll finalise the details over another coffee. I’ll provide a sales order form with all agreed terms and pricing.

Once you’re completely satisfied, you’ll pay the deposit. For finance purchases, you’ll complete a quick proposal form; for cash, we’ll set a date for the final payment. We’ll also arrange a handover date.

Final Step: Welcome to Your New Holiday Home

After the final payment is made, and the holiday home has been sited on your chosen pitch.
